Tower's Specialty Products Unit offers property and liability coverages focusing on the same classes of business as the Regional Commercial Lines Unit except that it focuses on large real estate schedules located in multiple states, purchasing groups and larger risks that require a greater degree of analysis and/or more sophisticated solutions such as self-insured retention plans with aggregate stop loss and other specialized coverages and/or claims handling.
