We work closely with our producers to develop customized products and services to meet the needs of insureds in response to changing market conditions. We offer our products through our Brokerage and Specialty Divisions.
Brokerage Division
This division offers a broad portfolio of commercial and personal lines products through an extensive network of retail and wholesale agents throughout the United States. We design and market a wide array of commercial and personal insurance products to meet the needs of our customers in different geographical regions. (Click here to view our branch offices.) In an effort to provide a comprehensive solution to respond to the needs of our insureds, we offer products in several pricing and coverage tiers.
Commercial
At Tower, we have a unique approach to the marketplace. Utilizing every product, pricing and delivery option available, we write as broad a segment of the marketplace as we can. We offer a wide range of commercial products that are customized to meet the needs of businesses in targeted industries including real estate, automotive services, contracting and hospitality. Our market focus within these industries specifically focuses on apartments, condos, co-ops, tenant-occupied dwellings, artisan trade contractors, small restaurants and retail stores. We offer our standard products through our retail and select wholesale producers and on a non-admitted basis through our wholesale producers.
Personal
Tower offers a broad range of personal lines products that are customized to meet the needs of individuals. We provide personal insurance for individuals including homeowners, dwelling fire, and private passenger automobile policies.
Specialty Division
The Specialty Division focuses on providing commercial and personal insurance products in closely defined, homogenous market segments that are not generally available through our Brokerage Division. In addition to the underwriting performed by our internal Specialty underwriting staff, we partner with program underwriting agents throughout the country who have developed specialized underwriting and market knowledge in select market segments such as garage liability, long-term healthcare, commercial construction, and specialized transportation.
