Our claims staff will promptly record all pertinent information regarding the nature and extent of the loss and determine what coverage is provided under your policy. If your policy provides coverage for the loss, we will work quickly to estimate the damages and issue payment.
Liability Claims
If you are faced with a situation where someone has suffered an injury or sustained property damage for which you or your business may be liable, or as a result of which a claim or lawsuit may be filed against you, such an event should be reported to us or your broker or agent immediately as your policy may provide relief. If coverage is provided for the occurrence, claim or lawsuit, our liability claims staff is specially trained to assist you in these circumstances by investigating the claim and ensuring you are protected.
Auto Claims
In the event one of your business vehicles is involved in an accident, our Auto Claims Staff is trained to handle all claims that can result from such an accident. In the event of an accident, you should immediately report the loss to us or your broker or agent. Once we receive that notice, we will promptly determine if coverage is provided. When coverage is confirmed, we will estimate the damage sustained to your vehicle quickly, so that you can get back on the road. Our auto claims staff will also handle any covered third-party claims for injury or property damage and ensure that you are protected.
Workers' Compensation Claims
If one of your employees is injured while working, please be sure to immediately notify us, or your broker or agent. Our workers compensation claims staff is equipped to handle that claim and ensure that your employee receives the benefits he or she is entitled to under your policy and the applicable workers compensation laws, so that you can remain focused on your business.
